We are a family team with over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, including
20+ years as owner/operators of a local custom home building company. We are skilled project
managers and accomplished negotiators who truly understand both the buying and selling
perspective of every real estate transaction, having personally experienced both sides of over 40
new home builds / sales in the South Sound area. All are unique and require qualified professionals,
